Easy workouts - 6 pack abs

Looking for some easy workouts to get 6 pack abs? Don’t want to do a thousand sit ups? Maybe you even want some secret cheats as well. OK, I’ll spill the beans.

You can do sit ups and crunches if you want but they really won’t help. Why? Because they don’t burn fat. You are only going to get 6 pack abs if you get below a certain percentage of body fat. Ten percent for a man and sixteen percent for a woman to be exact. To do this you need to raise your metabolism rate and put on muscle. Did you know that the more muscle you have thee more fat you will burn? Well, it’s true. And, of course, the more fat you burn the sooner you will see your six pack abs.

So, what exercises will do that? Well, you will be happy to hear that you don’t have to spend hours and hours a day in the gym working out every single muscle in your body with a different exercise. You can spend just a half hour doing compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time. These are exercises like squats, and dead lifts, bench press and the clean and jerk besides others. That wasn’t too difficult was it?

Let’s see, what other easy exercises are there? Would you rather run a shorter distance than a longer distance? I thought so. Even though running longer distances burns more calories than sprints, sprinting increases your metabolism and allows you to burn more calories even if you’re just watching TV.

Pretty easy, right? OK, now I’ll give you two even easier things to do to burn fat so that you can get 6 pack abs. Drink lots of green tea. Researchers have found that it increases your metabolism and burns fat. Take cayenne pepper capsules. It has been found that cayenne pepper increases your metabolism for up to 4 yours. So take a capsule before you work out.
