Amazing abs in just minutes a day

Are you looking to get amazing abs but don’t have a lot of time to spend? Do you hate doing stomach crunches and sit ups? Are you the type of person who hates going on diets? Well, I think I’ve got just the right plan for you.

The key to amazing abs does not center around working your ab muscles directly. If it did then all those people who do all those ab exercises in the gym each day would have amazing abs. The truth is that, while those exercises do work the ab muscles, you still can’t see them because they are obscured by a layer of fat.

The average person burns 2000 calories in an average day. To burn a pound of fat takes 3500 calories. So, you simply need to increase your metabolism to burn more calories a day.

It has been said that amazing abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. This is true. Too get amazing abs you first need to start with a sensible approach to nutrition. Eat things like brown rise rather than white rice and steamed or raw vegetables rather than vegetable dishes with all sorts of sauces. Eat lean beef and bison. Bison is really the best. Eat turkey and chicken and fish. Eat fresh fruits and nuts.

So, now that you’ve changed your diet it’s time to start working out. But, you don’t want to spend hours at the gym or running around the track. OK, let’s try this. Rather than running miles, run yards, a few hundred yards. By running 10 100 meter dashes you will increase your body’s resting metabolism rate which will cause you to burn calories more quickly throughout the day than if you had spent an hour running.
