How to get 6 pack abs for girls

It doesn’t matter whether you are a girl who wants a set of 6 pack abs or a boy who wants to impress the girls with a nice set of 6 pack abs. You’ll both go about it the same way.

The key to getting 6 pack abs is not diets or a lot of ab exercises. The key is to raise your body’s resting metabolism rate on a regular basis so that you are able to burn more overall body fat and get below 10% body fat if you’re a man and 16% body fat if you’re a woman. The average person burns 2000 calories in an average day. To burn a pound of fat takes 3500 calories. So, you simply need to increase your metabolism to burn more calories a day.

If you haven’t already, you need to stop eating overly processed foods like white bread and white rice. Eat wheat bread and brown rice. Also avoid fried and fast foods or foods with a lot of additives. You can do all the things I am going to tell you to. But, if you don’t have a good fundamental diet it won’t make any difference.

Let’s start with the easiest ways to raise your metabolism and end with the hardest. First, drink lots of green tea, cold water and cayenne pepper. Green tea has an ingredient that has been found to raise the body’s resting metabolism rate so that you are burning more calories throughout the day. Also, to digest cold water and cayenne pepper your body must expend more calories and consequently your metabolism increases.

Next, you are going to want to start a weight lifting and cardio exercise regimen. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn and, of course, the longer you run the more calories you burn as well. But, here are two tricks to increase your metabolism and allow you to get more from your workouts. When weight lifting do compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups such as dead lifts and bench press. When running be sure to do a number of wind sprints as well as long distances. Both of these little tricks will help you burn more calories throughout the day and put you on your way to getting 6 pack abs for girls whether you are a girl or a boy.
