Rock hard female abs

OK ladies. So you want to get into shape and get a set of rock hard female abs? The trick for women is to get down to below 16% body fat. There are a number of ways to go about this. Let’s start with the easiest and finish with the hardest.

1. Drink lots of green tea and take cayenne pepper capsules. Researchers have found that both of these foods have the ability to increase your resting metabolism rate and, therefore, burn more fat. There, that wasn’t too hard was it?
2. Do not go on a diet. Diets are short term fixes to a lifetime situation. Simply change your nutrition habits. Instead of eating highly processed and refined foods that come in a box or a bag eat foods that are closer to the way nature intended. Eat fruits and vegetables and nuts. Eat lean beef or bison, fish and chicken or turkey. Still not too bad, right?
3. Start doing cardio. But, the type of cardio you do will be important. While running or doing the stairmaster for hours on end will burn lots of calories, doing short sprints will actually increase your metabolism so that you will be burning fat even when you rest. There, that was a little harder but, not really too bad.
4. Start lifting weights. The more muscle you have the more fat you will burn to get down to the 16% body fat range. The best exercises to do this work multiple muscle groups and will help increase your metabolism. Do exercises like dead lifts and clean and jerk, squats and lunges (these will firm up your legs and butt as well).
5. Now that you’ve finished all those other steps to getting down to a 16% body fat you can start doing sit ups and leg lifts, crunches and bicycles. These will really bring out your rock hard female abs
