How to look like a celebrity with great abs

Are you a woman who wants a great set of head turning abs like the women in cosmopolitan and the other magazines in the check out counter? Don’t have the money for a personal trainer? Let me give you a simple three step plan to getting those abs. It is easier than you might think.

1. No diets! Yes, that is right, no diets. Diets are actually counterproductive and designed to fail. This is because you starve yourself of something your body needs and then you gorge yourself on it when the diet is over. You want a long term solution, not a quick fix. So, the first step to your celebrity like abs is to fundamentally change your dietary habits. Avoid sugars and fried foods. Avoid overly refined and highly processed foods like soda, French fries and potato chips. Eat fresh foods like vegetables, nuts and fruit. Eat lean beef or bison, turkey, chicken and fish.
Now, once that is done you need to eat a couple of other secret foods that will help you burn fat, and it’s all about burning fat. For you to get the abs you want you need t get down to under a 16% body fat. Drinking green tea and taking cayenne pepper capsules will increase your metabolism and help you do just that.

2. Let’s continue burning fat by building muscle. The more muscle you carry the more fat you burn. So, to do this you need to stat lifting weights. Don’t worry, you will not become some muscle bound spectacle. The female body is just not suited to become that muscular unless you really try. You will want to focus on compound exercises that work many muscles in your body, raise your resting metabolism rate and tone and strengthen the muscles in your torso (your abs). These exercises are things like: the clean and jerk, bench press, dead lift, squats and lunges.

3. Now that you’ve changed your diet and raised your rate of metabolism we are going to continue to burn more and more fat in order to reveal the celebrity within you. A good cardio program will burn lots of calories. However, just because running a mile burns more calories than sprinting 100 yards doesn’t mean you should ignore the shorter distances. Sprinting actually increases your rate of metabolism as well as the other things above so that when you run a mile you will actually be burning more calories than you would have otherwise.
