How to get amazing abs in very little time

Drink lots of green tea. Researchers have discovered that an ingredient green tea actually acts to increase your metabolism.

Take cayenne pepper capsules. Just like green tea, cayenne pepper serves to increase your metabolism up to 4 hours after you eat it.

Eat four to six smaller meals throughout the day rather than 3 large meals. The act of eating requires your body to burn calories. The more often you do it the more calories you’ll burn.
